Suppressors

NISAM suppressors are directly compatible with most rifles and sub-machine guns. Specially designed "no modification" mounts are available for most rifles and sub-machine guns in use today. The suppressors are constructed from aircraft grade aluminum alloy for high strength and low weight.

Stainless steel baffles are used for increased heat and corrosion resistance. The suppressors can be quickly and easily disassembled for cleaning or parts replacement. They are designed to function under the most adverse conditions, and are virtually indestructible.

Until now, conventional rifle suppressors have been fitted to the weapon by removing the flash hider and mounting on the exposed threads. Whilst this fitted system is effective, it is time consuming. In certain cases special tools are required to remove the flash hider. Furthermore each weapon manufacturer uses a different size screw fitting, causing logistical problems in forces which use more than one type of 5.56mm weapon. NISAM has developed a unique mounting system which enables the suppressor to be attached directly onto the flash hider.

7.62mm GPMG - Mounting Tripod

0.50" M2HB and QCB Machine Guns are recoil operated, air cooled, disintegrating link belt fed machine guns capable of both single shot or sustained automatic fire.
The QCB model with fixed headspace allows the barrel to be changed in less than 10 seconds and eliminates the need to carry out the headspace gauging procedure.

The sustained Fire Tripod for the L7A2 GPMG. Used on fixed lines, the tripod is buffered to absorb recoil thus ensuring effective and accurate fire over fixed arcs out to 1800 metres. Deflection and elevation drums are fitted to the tripod to allow precise movement between pre-selected targets.

M31 Pedestal Mount

M3 Tripod

The standard mounting for fitment to Land Rover / Jeep type vehicles. It is also used extensively on small patrol boats. The mount may be fitted with an armoured shield, case and link collection, harness or seat.
For optimum performance with the 0.50" M2HB, it is recommended that the M31 be used in conjunction with the 0.50" Softmount thus ensuring absorption of recoil, allowing greater control and accuracy of aim.

The standard, low silhouette ground mount for the 0.50" M2HB Machine Gun. Used with a traversing and elevating mechanism, the mount allows the gun to be used on fixed lines. When fitted with the 0.50" Soft mount and T&E mechanism, the tripod permits the effective use of night vision or thermal imaging equipment for optimum performance at night or in conditions of poor visibility.
